Jericoacoara is a beach hidden behind the dunes of the west coast of the state of Ceará. Elected by the Washington Post one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world, Jeri, as it is called by the natives and the most intimate, it is a small corner of heaven on earth, aggravated by lagoons, calm sea and huge dunes, where you can see the setting of the sun more beautiful of Brazil.
Since 1984, the area around Jericoacoara was declared Environmental Protection Area (APA) and became a National Park in 2002, this change has brought many restrictions and controls of tourism and constructions that help preserve the area.

The village with streets covered by sand coming from the dunes on the sea front ... along fine sandy beaches, coconut trees ... the lagoons created by rain water between the dunes ... The constant wind makes Jericoacoara one of the best places in the world for windsurfing and kitesurfing. At night, Jeri is calm, quiet and with good choices of restaurants and bars, luxury hotels, constructing a perfect setting for lovers.
